Visited the website and perused a few apartment finder apps. Whatever this complex used to be is gone. I drove in to do a tour and immediately knew I wasted time. Saw two units , both smelled like a stifled locker room , poor lighting, broken fixtures and the worst condition I’ve ever been shown as to apartment living. Walkways and front porch stoops are code violations as the property has been allowed to languish in disrepair and indifference.
Visting my aunt who needed some assistance from the apartment manager, escorted her to the office watching in the background while my aunt and the manager spoke, I was overly impressed with the kindness, respect, professionalism and patience the manager displayed. She not only helped her with her issue but provided additional information that would be helpful in the coming months. Thank you so much Ms. Tonette your willingness to assist gave me a peace that my aunt was in the right place.
