We entrusted BridgeHaul to manage our cash flow through factoring, but recently a load that was approved by the broker for payment with no deductions was inexplicably refused for factoring. No clear explanation was provided. This undermines the very purpose of a factoring relationship, which is to ensure consistent and reliable cash flow. We hope BridgeHaul reevaluates their processes to avoid putting carriers like us in this situation.
I don't know about this company en route 10 mins away from pickup and they cancel the load when the rate-con shows pickup to be 0600 to 1600 and I was going to arrive at 1315
