For a couple yrs now I've tried calling, but no one ever answers or returned my calls when I leave a message. When I go by the office there is never anyone there. I read a bunch of reviews in now I'm glad that I didn't move in here.

This is by far one of the worst apartment complexes in the Myrtle Beach area. Very dirty and very unprofessional. Maintenance is a joke. You cannot get anyone to answer you and please don't try and get your security deposit back. I don't normally write a review but PLEASE stay away from this bug infested place.

So, I lived here for 4 years. Overall, it wasn't terrible. It was shabby-looking, and old, but it is cheap for the area for a 2 bed/2 bath, washer/dryer in unit. It was also my first apartment on my own. It's nice because when I first started there, it wasn't owned by a large property management group, but a nice old couple who handed off the property to their niece and nephew-in-law when they retired. This apartment community is small and friendly, and it’s away from traffic and noise. The managers and maintenance folk are local, attentive, and quick to respond. This is not a high rise mega complex; it’s a small family community with lots of kids playing and having fun outside. I know many of my neighbors and they’re all good people. You won’t easily find an empty apartment here and that’s usually a good sign that the rents are right and the management is good.
