Living at the bridge at emeryville has been a great experience! The building is well-maintained, the amenities are great, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Any issues are handled quickly, and it’s clear they care about the residents. Highly recommend!
homeless people living in the sauna, using the hot tub, packages being stolen, things were stolen inside the parking lot itself because the gate had been broken for a long time, a terrible experience, I don't recommend anyone to live here.
The management at this building has consistently been bad faith and unwilling to work with tenants. After paying a considerable rent and move in deposit for a building management office and amenities, they feel entitled to your security deposit. Their lack of communication and malicious behavior to tenants was a big reason for leaving this ‘community’. I advise people who think of staying here to speak with current residents and see how many of them have complaints.
Communication at this apartment is the worst. From the beginning of signing a lease to trying to get my deposit back after moving out, every step of the way communication from the leasing office has been terrible. I never knew a apartment complex would be so incompetent that they would send a deposit check, after moving out, to their own apartment complex because "the system was not updated with the new forwarding address".
