My experience was the greatest, considering This is my first apt Sherri Wilson was soooo helpful and I thank her so much
I received notification at 5:56pm yesterday that I had a package to pick up. The package was delivered 9/10/25 and had Rush Perishable in bold letters on every side of the box. When I notified the office of the late notice I was told that an email had been sent to all tenants that the system was down but I didn’t get that email. Oddly enough I received a notification that I had a package to pick up on Saturday 9/13/25, that I retrieved.
