Absolutely unacceptable level of service from the province if you don’t have a family doctor. Hours of operation says 9-4PM on weekends. 2 days in a row I have tried to access this clinic at noon to be turned away at the door due to capacity. Concierge says it’s first come first serve. Except everyday it’s full by noon. That isn’t first come first serve, that’s purposeful understaffing and that’s asking Canadians to outcompete fellow Canadians by waiting in line for 4 hours to seek medical care on a weekend. Its good for someone who doesn’t have a family doctor , but it sucks at the same time as you have to spend more than 4-5 hours just to see the doctor for 3 mins here , They don’t take appointments at all, just walk ins where people line up at 7:30am (clinic opens at 9) , its insane how our heath care system is ruined and government is not stepping up to fix it, rather they are freaking distributing money among third world countries to fix their problems and sending millions to war-zones.
