Here’s a strong but professional review you can post: 1-Star Review Very disappointing experience. I waited **over 3 hours in pain and feeling unwell. The wait was extremely frustrating, especially when you are already sick and need medical attention. The lack of communication and the long wait made the experience even worse. Don't bother coming unless you come before theyre open. Even with an appointment booked im still waiting over an hour. Appointments just makes sure you dont get shut out if theres too many people. Walk ins are getting in before me. If I knew appointments didnt matter, I'd just come in as soon as they open. All I need is to refill my prescription.... I blame the Ford government but cmon, they dont tell you anything until you get here (if they do) take your sheet to the front desk in the 2nd room as soon as you get here. But a... read more

I think I'm going to refer to this place as the thru the cracks southwestern Ontario style department. Asked for a referral 3 wks ago, they sent it to the "wrong" place, then waited for me to run the gauntlet. Only to find out it will be another 5 days before they submit the referral again. So now I have to hope they send it to the right place. So I'll wait another 3 weeks and run the gauntlet again. Maybe they should drop the Care in Bridge care and call it Bridge whatever. I made an appointment for 11:40 am and have to wait over 2 hours! What's the point when you add me to the queue. Clearly no one knew I had an appointment
