Dated and used a lot. The whole place needs a little updating and repair here and there. Disappointed in the condition of the water park. Plus: Staff was very good. Room was clean. Breakfast attendant/server was super nice.
My family and I arrived at the hotel around 7:30 PM after spending the entire day traveling. Our kids were exhausted, so we decided to take them to the advertised water park to let them have some fun before settling in for the night. Check in went well. Staff was very nice. Great location, beautiful view of lake. I feel like I was catfished. The picture of the waterpark is very misleading. It is very neglected. 2 pools have liners but you can tell the jets and filters are unclean, debris on the bottom of the pool. Play equipment is brown stained.
