We purchased a new construction home and it was very helpful to work with a team that was knowledgeable in new construction. We also really appreciated that they have an attorney on their team to review contracts. They helped ensure that the whole process was seamless, and we look forward to working with them again in the future.

I could not be happier with my home buying experience. Kathy has been in the business for over 20 years and is knowledgeable about the area, the market, and all things real estate. I would highly recommend Laura Tramontana. I was having issues with my condo association, quite a long story of their own clerical errors and hiring lawyers to come after me.
