Had a great first experience. During the process of acquiring the first turn-key they were great about making changes before closing at no additional cost. The problems came after close. They placed a tenant in our house through a 3rd-party. The security deposit was acquired by the tenant, but never turned over to us by Bridge or the 3rd party (whom they no longer work with). I have purchased multiple properties from Bridge Turnkey Investments. One of the last properties I purchased was a "rush" to close (for Bridge, not me), but I was glad to oblige as they had always taken care of issues in the past. As soon as renters moved in, the plumbers had to come out on a monthly basis, and the sewer line had to be replaced after several months. I would advise against buying from Bridge. Acquired two properties last year and encountered endless issues. They approved the tenant before I took ownership and I raised concerns about the quality of the tenant and they assured me it was a high quality tenant. Should have trusted my gut, the tenant ended up missing few payments and called for service almost every month. Also, I also raised a concern about the property gate before taking over, they assured me it was fixed and fully functional; it fell apart after few months.... read more

Do not purchase a property from Bridge. They do not stand by their work and have no incentive to build a quality product. We have had our house for less than 13 months. In that time we have had construction debris clog the plumbing lines, multiple issues with the hot water heater pilot light until it had to be replaced, issues with the AC losing all coolant, defective seals on the refrigerator, and buckled flooring.
