I was referred to Bridge Title by a realtor friend after a horrible situation with another title company and was very pleased with my experience. The closers, Brittany and Travis, were able to fix the problems caused by the other company and kept me informed during the entire process. I SPOKE SEVERAL TIMES WITH MR. PERRY TRAVIS, HE TELLS YOU HE CAN DO WHAT YOU ASK FOR, BUT IS UNABLE TO DELIVER. HE IS KNOWLEDGEABLE OF WHAT I NEEDED, BUT I THINK PROFIT WAS/IS HIS MOTIVATION TO ACCOMPLISH MY REQUEST. WHEN I CALLED BACK ALMOST A MONTH LATER, HE APOLIGIZED AND TOLD ME HE WOULD HAVE IT DONE WITHIN A WEEK. ONE MONTH LATER NO RESPONSE, MY PHONE CALLS GO TO VOICE MAIL ON HIS DIRECT LINE.
