Went in last night for the first time and had a green bush 1825 and the brisket nachos. The chips had a pleasant salty, sweet, almost cinnamon like taste and the brisket was like butter. Way delicious! Fantastic work guys! I was glad to be introduced to the 1825 I'll be seeking it out in the future.
