I agree with other bad reviews, lies and the only reason they operate is because it is small dead end town with nowhere else to go. I was misdiagnosed with a serious disease, medicated, and then researched my own lab reports. Let me put it this was, I found more medical knowledge in my lab results than they did, and I went to a specialist elsewhere who confirmed that I had no such disease. The Office staff of this practice needs to be 100 % replaced, they patronize patients, they lie, and have absolutely no personality, The only reason this office is still open is solely because not many other Doctors are available in Saugerties...if you had the option of negative satisfaction that is the rating I would give.

Dr. Eugene Heslin calls himself a doctor. He never earned that respect, in my opinion. He owns Bridge Street Family Medical in Saugerties, NY. He and his staff were a huge disappointment. It was nearly impossible to get an appointment with him, I have frequently seen his office staff sitting in their back office behind the window, eating, talking loudly and socializing; rarely answering the phone.
