Units are well cared for considering the age of the property. The campus is always landscaped, clean, and overall well maintained. I submitted a work order at 9:30am and by 11:30am the issue had been addressed and resolved. Maintenance team members are friendly and active on the property throughout the day. As others have mentioned, parking if you have more than one vehicle can be difficult, but this is pretty standard for multi-family living. Great affordable place to live. Very friendly community and Vanessa does a great job in making aure work orders are submitted. Maintenance does a great job completing maintenance in a timely manner. The only down side is parking. On multiple occasions, we had people park in our spot without permission. Vanessa also did a good job in taking care of that, but there's only so much that can be done. Still 10/10 great place to live
