So we decided to fill an application and pay them the $240 10 months ago and we have been trying to get in contact with them and their managers and anyone who is higher up and we have been trying since the beginning to get our deposit back it's been 10 months and they will not talk or give me my money. BEDBUGS! DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! Everything was fine till one month where there was a huge influx of people moving in. Since then Bedbugs everywhere. Every neighbor i knew had them. They didn't even send someone out to heat treat. They just sent some cheap exterminator who haphazardly sprays around and then left. And don't get me started on how slow the repair folk were and just the constant need of repairs due to how old the building is. I'm happy I had went elsewhere. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! BEDBUG INFESTATION!
I’m editing this because it seems to be the only way I get a response from these people. I lived at Bridge Square for 13 months, from June 2023 to July 2024, and my experience was far from pleasant. From the start, the apartment was dirty, poorly maintained, and not worth the high rent they charged.
