The staff is very caring, and focus on the residents needs always being taken care of by giving staff. They're like family! You won't be disappointed!

I lived there for over a year. There was a change in management and we were treated like children. The food was terrible and we were assigned seats. The activities were not good and they did not tolerate constructive criticism. I am so glad to be in a place where I am treated with respect.

The Caring! I may be somewhat bias, as my Wife, Vanessa A. Naylor has the honor of useing her Beautician & Aesthetics skills, when she visits. During those visits my Wife has returned home glowing when she is able to fill in when needed, she glows because the staff have the same moral & ethical standards, coupled with a drive to help, even when there isn't money involved, it is the same spirit as a volunteer. 1.0 star rating 6/20/2017 If your elderly loved one is taken away to the Hospital in a ambulance or first responder vehicle, don't expect to be notified by The Bridge. Per the manager there, that would be a "courtesy call only". In our case, they weren't courteous. Unacceptable!
