Whoa. When I called the broker in charge, Tony Oskooi, about ending my contract he was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I would strongly suggest going elsewhere.
This realty office will request a showing and then will not even visit the property. This is very rude, as the home owners must clean and then leave the house for no reason. They will also give you feedback on the property even when they don't visit it. This is not a good practice, and I would advise the realtors to be a bit more thoughtful.
