Had my first visit & did not leave feeling taken advantage of. Service was top notch. No procedures were done without me fully understanding why it needs to be done. There was transparency with the cost & all the options I have. Only had a check up and cleaning done, to test the waters. Equipments were up to date & dentist was skilled. Dr. Nihal communicated every step of the way & explained everything (with xrays & photos) clearly for future procedures that I need done.
I visited Bridge Rd Dental for a clean and wisdom tooth extraction in January. Everything went smoothly in the beginning. Dr Shanthini Rao and Dr Nihal Rao were professional and made me feel comfortable in the seat. Unfortunately, things went downhill from here. They had experienced some kind of issue retrieving my X-Rays from another system, which I understood. Have seen Dr Neshant twice and had a great experience both times. He was very thorough in his explanation with a friendly and warm manner. Dr Neshant made my extraction a painless experience and helped to ease my nerves as it was my first one! Thank you Dr Neshant!
Can’t recommend this place enough! Visited Bridge rd Dental recently in a severe amount of pain and requiring extraction. I was looked after by the very calm and informative Nihal, who turned what is commonly a very uneasy experience into a most comfortable one. Will definetly return!
