Scottsdale Entrada: Future potential residents, avoid at all costs. There's a lot of other apartment complexes around here. Extremely disappointed with Bridge Property Management, the internet provider WhiteSky, and the overall service. Our internet and WiFi have been down for 5 FULL DAYS with no resolution or meaningful updates from management. The Overlook Point property Management team is the most unprofessional staff I have dealt with in my 33 years of rental history. I will not detail it here, but it is by far the worst rental experience I have ever had.
It’s been weeks and the apartment is getting worse. Management hasn’t fixed any issues How can I get in contact with Someone in corporate, I tried to complain to my property management about the mold and hot water and they are not willing to help me, the stove keeps cutting off as well. I’ve been calling property management for the last few weeks no response.
⏳PLEASE people it’s Great you write reviews HOWEVER until you reach out to a City “Inspector “ or Town Hall, News investigation or somebody that can ACTUALLY Force these “SLUM-LORD” type of realtors to use YOUR $$$ to run a legitimate property, it’s in VAIN!!!!
