I live at one of their properties in MO. I like that the office is responsive and do what they need to, and what's within their power. I also like that there is a phone number posted in the lobby where Residents can call if they feel they aren't being heard. Accountability goes a long way.

Someone used my identity to rent a property from Bridge Property Management LLC. When I made them aware of this they effectively told me too bad. They did not care that someone in one of their communities is committing fraud through their platform.
