Lived at a Bridge property for 9-months now. My lease is up at the end of the month and I have nothing but good experiences. I have only had to submit one work order and it was addressed the same day. I will always consider living at a Bridge property if I need to move again.
Do not live in an apartment manged by these people. Their staff will harass you and lie to you face non stop. They have ridicoulus rules for their properties to the point no one can enjoy their lives without having someone spy on you or getting a random fee attached to the rent. There is not sufficient parking and they use predatory towing companies that tow your car for no reason.
Awful and unacceptable. Had to move out the same day I moved in due to an infested apartment. Moved out end of MARCH. Have yet to receive my refund of almost 2,000 dollars (its may 30.) Park2300 is now ghosting me about my money! Never seen a more unprofessional company. Save your time, energy, and money Do NOT move to a bridge property!
Do yourself a favor and never sign a lease with this management company. They do not care about your health only your money. They buy run down apartments and just paint over the mold. They hire managers who have no problem lying to residents, because at the end of the day they don't live there. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!! Happy to see this company lost in a lawsuit and owes many of their tenants their security deposit back. This company definitely deserves this because of their unlawful practices.
1 Star – Bridge Property Management and the Property management at The Villages at Metro Centre allowed a severe pest infestation to breach A.R.S. § 33-1324, failing to cure the issue despite being legally served with two separate 5-day health and safety notices.
