I didn’t even get the chance to view the place before I got irritated. I also don’t usually leave reviews but the experience I had made me angry. Extremely unprofessional conduct from my opinion — I scheduled a tour and got a confirmation email. I attempt to call because there is unclear instructions because both the office and place I wanted to visit is listed. I can’t figure out for the life of me why this company has a 4.5 star rating. I’m convince they are doing their own reviews. I lived in Laurel Hills Apartments and under their management I was issued a BOGUS charge of $300 AFTER I moved out, did a walk through with management and they issued me a zero balance statement. After I advised them that they had issued me a bogus charge and showed them proof, the refused to remove the charge and then sold the BOGUS “debt” to an agency which is having a negative affect on my credit a... read more
