Bridge Property Management has managed Ocean Ridge Coop Building since August 1 of 2023. You not gonna believe, but on August 2nd, the next day after we started, we were on a Zoom meeting with the DOB, resolving the facade inspection issue. They have been helpful in any possible aspect. They are responsive, helpful, and down to earth. We've been particularly grateful to James, Jonathan and Will, who has helped us manage the building in a smooth way.
