Unbelievably horrible experience I've had at this place. I've never been put down, gaslighted, and lied to so many times by any other organization. I feel like I've been abused. I've had my car towed twice from my parking space that was paid for because of miscommunication from the leasing office. When I brought this up to them they told me it was just "too bad", even though I had asked about it previously and they gave me wrong info. It feels like they have some kind of agreement with the towing company in order to make som... read more

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Landlords like this are a major reason the homeless population is so big. They refuse to see people as anything other than dollar signs. Constantly sending out emails saying "Don't do this...or else." Always there to point out every little thing you do wrong according to their stupid rules that help nothing. They received government assistance to build the building, then certify as a Low Income Tax Credit Housing provider and take Section 8. The government shovels money into their greedy pockets while the... read more

I'm calling the Better Business Beareu because this is a playground of violations. I've worked in Real Estate law for quite some time now, and was the child of an esteemed property manager. This is one of the one of abysmal buildings I've ever seen in my life. It's an embarrassment that this is even considered shelter, much less that you're allowed to take affordable housing vouchers. This is one of the most dangerous places I've ever seen for people with disabilities. The way they treat people with mental or physical disabi... read more

The corporate management that runs this place is so unbelievably bad it's not worth living here. Not to mention their behavior and the state of this area effectively makes it dangerous and a living hellscape. They regularly don't answer calls, they don't call back when you leave a message. When concerns are brought up, there is no integrity or follow through. When messages are relayed, the information is lost and forgotten EVERY time. The leasing office is often locked during business hours with blocked out windows so they c... read more
