Looking at all the past and current reviews.. seems nothing changes.. all the responses to do better are lies.. They have responsibilities towards the tenets.. and yet are constantly violating the terms of the lease.. If we were violating our lease they would drag us into court and demand we comply..
This apartment sk a s s they stay with out running water...a/c never fixed rude office management.. but they want the rent on time but not fix the stuff to be fixed as they say...NEVER. AGAIN. PLEASE DONT COME HERE.. DONT WAIST YOUR TIME & MONEY
Disgusting, roaches, rats, no maintenance with any brains, rude as hell office. I hate this place and HIGHLY DO NOT recommend! And I'm just now reading the office responding to these reviews! They're liars! When I bring up my issues I get sooooo much attitude and rudeness from the office.
Absolutely the Worst Living Experience – Avoid at All Costs If I could give zero stars, I would. This apartment complex is a disaster from top to bottom. The units are infested with bugs, things are constantly breaking — from appliances to plumbing — and getting anything repaired takes forever, if it happens at all. Move in day was horrific. Roaches dead and alive everywhere. In fridge, cabinets- EVERYWHERE! DIRTY- DIRTY-DIRTY NOTHING CLEANED. BATHROOM MIRRORS IN HORRIBLE SHAPE, TOOLET LOOKS LIKE ITS GINNA FALL THREW THE CIELING- I TOOK TONS OF PHOTOS!
