TLDR: Do not rent here. Please read others reviews as well. Google “GVA property management”. Scroll down and find the edits for the most recent updates. Mold, ants, mice and roaches are all rampant even if you keep everything cleaned and sealed. They’re coming from the electrical outlets/network ports and the laundry room even after they sprayed. This place is a terrible place to rent do not move here I’m currently trying to find somewhere else to go the ac is forever freezing since the first time we moved here and it’s only been 2 months mind you!! There is roaches everywhere you go one outlet works in each room basically half our lights don’t work and they say maintenance is coming the guy comes than says I’ll be back and never comes back we been without our kitchen light working, stairs light and light under stairs closet and outside outlet for our deep freezer do... read more
Living at Bridge Pointe Landing has been a nightmare. We’ve dealt with constant pest issues such as cockroaches crawling everywhere even after using poison multiple times, and mice infestations twice during our stay. Maintenance is completely unreliable. Our AC broke down and we had to stay crammed in one room for an entire day once they brought us a tiny AC for a single room before they fixed anything. The worst place to live, they do an excellent job making renters feel upset all the time and they not even care,I’m not gonna waste my time telling everything about my experience living here which has been the worst the only thing that I’m going to say is just go to live somewhere else
