Great price, layout and location for a 4 bedroom! Jennifer and Jo were very helpful and efficient in getting our apartment ready for us.
They claim that the mailbox issues are something new? What a joke. They have been broken for along while. Way to long. Mailboxes are an expense and I know expensive yet they can't fix for nothing. People. Get a lawyer we are paying rent and yet it take way to long to fix issues. Complete breach for contract yet if we don't pay. Late fees eviction so on yet can get our mailboxes and apartments fixed in a timely Manner
Truly pathetic on how long they take to repair. The staff is very nice but truly pathetic on taking care of issue. Our mailbox has been broken like many for months. Many of us rely on our mailbox. It took 3 weeks for to replace frig and I have had so much mail returned die to thier story doesn't change about mailbox repair. I'm truly embarrassed aboutbthis place.
WORST PLACE TO LIVE…roach infested, mouse infested they need to just tear them down. I lived here for a year and I couldn’t wait for my lease to be up. I was warned by past residents who lived there to make sure I left a forwarding address because they will try to bill you for ridiculous fees. So I did leave one and never got anything saying I owed something until I got a letter from a collection agency.
