DO NOT RECOMMEND — THESE APARTMENTS ARE A COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT These apartments are absolutely NOT worth the money. The “new” management is just as unprofessional and disappointing as the previous management. Nothing has changed except the names on the office doors. Maintenance is practically nonexistent. You constantly see employees riding around in golf carts, but when residents actually need something fixed, suddenly nobody is available. TLDR: DON’T MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANNA HAVE DIFFERENT PROBLEMS EVERYDAY Firstly, there is a major infestation of roaches and mice, you will find roaches all over your kitchen and bathroom. Also don’t even bother calling maintenance they will never solve your problems in a timely manner, we had no water for 3 days straight and our fridge broken for 3 days as well. The SLUMS. In my personal experience this has been the most vile barely habitable apartment I’ve ever lived in. Cabinets are rotting and falling apart, cracks in the walls, INFESTED with vermin. Mainly roaches (the ones that fly). Whenever you call in to request pest control (yes you have to call in) but don’t worry you still get charged monthly for the service they can’t tell you an exact date the pest patrol will be here?? Worst property ever lived at. They don’t care about your requests for maintenance or issues you’re having and will not update you or address any issues with the property . They ignore phone calls and texts about these issues but they will be rude and persistent to text back about about any fees owed . Worst mistake moving here , I’ve never had to deal with people this unprofessional before .
