The SLUMS. In my personal experience this has been the most vile barely habitable apartment I’ve ever lived in. Cabinets are rotting and falling apart, cracks in the walls, INFESTED with vermin. Mainly roaches (the ones that fly). Whenever you call in to request pest control (yes you have to call in) but don’t worry you still get charged monthly for the service they can’t tell you an exact date the pest patrol will be here?? Worst property ever lived at. They don’t care about your requests for maintenance or issues you’re having and will not update you or address any issues with the property . They ignore phone calls and texts about these issues but they will be rude and persistent to text back about about any fees owed . Worst mistake moving here , I’ve never had to deal with people this unprofessional before .
