I have had two interactions with this business. The first was very favorable and I reviewed them accordingly. The second was VERY UNFAVORABLE so, in all fairness, I have to rate them as such. I had a Kohler mixer valve replaced in my shower….approx cost for the two piece unit at Ferguson or Home Depot is $50-80. At my home, the plumber indicated that he was having issues finding the combo unit on his phone but indicated to me that the price would be approx $280+/- ….he returned with the two pieces ( one connects to the other... read more
