Whether I'm rehabing from an ankle sprain or needing help with chronic shoulder bursitis, Meg takes on and succeeds with any challenge I throw her way. This talented PT gets me back on track every time, and out enjoying everything I love in my busy active life. Meg's expertise in many modalities is such an advantage. Lastly, this lady makes me laugh at every appointment, which is the best healing on the planet!

Meg was able to figure out the root cause of my injury....which was an accident 16 years ago that did not get fully rehabiltated. I left each session feeling better and stronger. She offers many effective techniques, exercises and years of experience. She is caring, professional and incredibly effective at making bodies move better! I cannot recommend her enough!

Meg is great! I had a rotator cuff tear she helped strengthen and stretch my shoulder, did needling and ASTYM. All of this prevented any surgery! Meg has also done stretching and strengthening for my hips and knees! She’s my GO TO Physical Therapist!

I love Meg, she works magic! She is the best dry needler around and I feel that she genuinely cares about me getting better. You should go see her immediately!

My family jokes that "Meg is a wizard" -- she is that good. She's incredibly knowledgeable, intuitive, approachable, and funny. She's worked on my knee and my back and she was spot on with her diagnosis every time. Give Meg a call, you won't regret it!

Meg found trigger points, and muscles in my back (and front) that were so gunked up from years of imbalanced postures and habits they couldn't work effectively. She addressed my imbalances from all sides, and incorporated progressive functional exercises at intervals that allowed me to heal quickly, and return to running, hiking, biking, skiing...All of the things we who live here, love to do! Thanks, Meg!
