I went in for a tour today and the experience was not great. I scheduled an appointment with Tyler Grant. He was rude, extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. When I arrived, he was stationed at the front desk and glared at me without any proper acknowledgement. In fact, all of the associates did, except one.
