Been there a few times already, and each time I arrived 10mn prior to my appointment time too. Each time I had to wait at least an hour before to be able to be seen by the doctor, or nurse doing the exams. People at the registration desk spend more time laughing, checking their phone and talking about food they want to order, than taking care of their patients.
