This review is for Crystal our property manager at 937 e Ave r she’s an outstanding manager & person she really cares about the community and has changed the atmosphere here she made this place feel more like home with her hospitality. The worse company to rent from PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They never attend to the maintenance needs the only thing they care about is rent being paid on time and in full not caring about the living situation you are in even after requesting for maintenance over and over in writing as they stipulate on their contracts. They do not comply with any of the rules and are a fraud they are scams and everyone that works in the office are all on it to take your money and not help you at all.
