This is a kinda-scuzzy/kinda ok place to live. They do a good job of getting the addict neighbors out, but it would be nicer if they never got in. Parking has become a nightmare. If office staff doesn't like you, you can walk. And walk. And walk to your spot. Multiple "infractions" for things we don't do.
