Have been almost attacked at there apartment community which they took a 4 to 5 star community and within 3 years ran it into the ground... Alexandra Cay is by far one of the worst community managers I have experienced... Chrissy the Regional Manager of Florida Should be Fired.... They have let people move in with 6 months free while over charging there good paying resident year after year... My apartment currently has broken dryer, Broken Stove, Broken microwave... My husband and I spent MONTHS looking for an affordable home with some square footage since we have two kiddos. Bridge Homes was the answer to our prayers. LaMar Moore and Ayesha could not have been more attentive, kind and efficient from beginning to end of the move-in process. The service manager was onsite the very first day to make sure he knew any concerns we had with the home. They communicate very well and answer emails almost immediately. I’m so looking forward to living worry free!
I would give 0 stars if possible. Bridge homes charges a ton of fees, they bill utilities through their own management company 3-6 months behind, charge you a fee for it and bill you 3-6 months worth of utilities at the same time. Electric bill is extremely high and no way to tell they aren’t just billing you whatever they want. I provided notice to vacate at the end of my lease and they continue to send renewal letters with significantly higher rent charges. Bridge Home is a complete failure and should be investigated. The living conditions are unsafe, unhealthy, and negligent. Management was informed multiple times about serious maintenance issues and refused to take action. The electrical outlets in the kitchen are damaged, creating a potential fire hazard. There is no hot water, the air conditioning is broken, and the plumbing/tubing is defective and unsanitary.
