We have been renting from Bridge Homes for about 18 months, and unfortunately our experience has been consistently frustrating. The issue is not that things break. Homes need maintenance. The issue has been the repeated lack of communication, follow-through, and ownership when problems are reported. We have dealt with recurring HVAC and irrigation issues, appliance failures, slow or unanswered responses, billing questions, and even an attempted charge for damage that existed before we moved in. Very understanding and helpful to my needs!
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and care shown by management. I requested that the exterior of the home be repainted because the paint is peeling, along with several basic maintenance repairs that any rental property should receive through normal upkeep. Instead of addressing these concerns, I was told that the peeling paint and other maintenance issues were “just cosmetic” and would not be repaired.
