Of I could actually get a hold of someone I would complain to them about themselves. Terrible....couldn't get a tour of the house til almost an hr of messing with the app. Then to speak to someone is a waste of time... No one answers waited on hold they hung up on me ... Do a call back for them to reach out to me.... I get aissed call on my phone BUT no real phone calls.. Drove out to their office and no one is there.... How do you guys have rentals you can't get too??? I wanna speak to a human being not just looking online ... read more
We have had many issues with our rental house since moving in 8 years ago. First off, our realtor lied to us about there ever having been an issue with water coming into the home because with every major storm there was a little water coming in under a wall in one of our bedrooms. They tried a few times to fix the issue, but the water kept coming in.
