Minor details but failed to notify their tenants they sold the property to another company. Very cool to find out after I got late fees not knowing I needed to set up a new account with my new property managers since none of this was disclosed to me before it all happened.
Ann Watson is amazing! Throughout the stay we have had multiple issues with Bridge home maintenance! Ann has always been the buffer and made it a point to seek out different solutions . Maintenance has a lot to be desired for.
Patrice is amazing!!!! The process with her was so easy. I felt at so much ease, even though me moving was so last minute. She even called me after my move in to make sure I was ok. Truly a Godsend!!!
