Living here for 3 1/2 months and still have 5 of the 7 work orders outstanding. It took 4 months to get the A/C replaced and fix a water leak in top floor bath, leaking onto kitchen ceiling.Stairwell railing so loose you can't grab it to walk upstairs.
I've rented with this company for 5yrs now. They will give you no grace and will charge you for everything. I got charged $500 for 1 cabinet door door. The door that's below the kitchen sink. The maintenance man said the door was $75 and they charged me $425 for labor. He was here for less than 10 mins. These companies are money hungry and don't care about their tenants
Initially rented through Elara and we loved them! Not too long into our renting, they were bought out by Bridge. And that was a HUGE mistake. $60 processing fee for our rent payment? Are you kidding me????? We’re struggling as it is and you add a $60 processing fee…..absolutely disgusting.
