Horrible, Horrible customer service. I applied at this company for a house to rent. I was told by the prompt to leave a message and someone would call me back in two days That was on last Friday. . Noone returned the call. I then took it on myself to speak to a reprepresentative on Monday, 7/6/26. That representative displayed racism when she heard my accent and realized that I am of color. My move in was not the best in 2025. The grass was NOT cut. We paid to have the grass cut. No hot water. No one was aware that we needed to turn on the gas. This home have/had major plumbing and water issues. So far they have been fixing the issues one by one. The main bedroom stays hot while other parts of the house is cool. Same thing with the heat. My only issue is getting my Main bedroom cooler. The in the rest of the house flows Great not in my bedroom.
Love the home. Been here since it was with GOAL. But they keep raising the rent and charging more for everything. It is excessive and then they don't fix the problems when they arise (damaged privacy fence from storm) etc. Must put in everything into the portal and you rarely get a call back...but you will get charged promptly. Nickel and dime you to death.
