Process has been fantastic and in a great neighborhood.
Bridge Homes is extremely unprofessional and they are only after your money. They do not care about you or your family. Catie is dishonest and terrified to actually speak to the tenants as she will only reply to you hidden behind an email. What’s the point of having a telephone number if no one ever answers? For the last two years we have sent in repairs that must be done by the rental company and EVERY SINGLE request we have put in has been ignored as it may cost them money.
