Be careful renting with this company, literally everything is about to drain your money, any "mistakes" or fixed on the house will cost you more than $500 boxes that's insane special because house brakes with the years getting old and over used , they just said "our company are Spencer"...They offer u discount on the online portal for rent the house but when u go to pay deposit is deposit + that month of rent can be around $3000-$4000 on 1 months (no discount at all). I never imagined I’d have to fight this hard just to get back my own money. I’m a single mother, a full-time nurse, and I do everything by the book. In October 2025 I applied to rent a Bridge Homes property at 2896 Capper Rd in Jacksonville. I paid nearly $3,000—deposit, rent, and fees. Before I ever moved in, management voided the lease.
