I applied for a home in Elkton. Application fee is $75 and not refundable apparently. I was declined for false information on my credit report about utilities. I have never not paid my utilities and never had outstanding bills. When I called I was brushed off. They confirmed they had the wrong information including profession. Be careful renting with this company, literally everything is about to drain your money, any "mistakes" or fixed on the house will cost you more than $500 boxes that's insane special because house brakes with the years getting old and over used , they just said "our company are Spencer"...They offer u discount on the online portal for rent the house but when u go to pay deposit is deposit + that month of rent can be around $3000-$4000 on 1 months (no discount at all).
