I did not use this realtor however I will in any future purchases. Mrs Heather H was the most professional, well mannered young lady I’ve come across in my hunt for houses. She made me feel like she wanted to help. Some realtors are very rude but this place is the sweetest. And the home was beautiful. If you do use them ask for her.

Barely halfway through my one year lease and here we are again with another awful experience. A water pipe burst in the morning and it was reported before 11am. It was reported as an emergency since it was actively flooding the house, but we didnt get any reach out from a technician for hours. I ended up shutting the water off myself to save from +12 hours of water damage. Figured since I can’t get through at the Tampa location I’d leave my experience at the Charlotte location too. I would give 0 stars if possible. Bridge homes charges a ton of fees, they bill utilities through their own management company 3-6 months behind, charge you a fee for it and bill you 3-6 months worth of utilities at the same time. Electric bill is extremely high and no way to tell they aren’t just billing you whatever they want.
