5 Stars is simply not enough. The team from the Charlotte office is AMAZING!!!!! Dawn, my leasing associate, answered all my questions and has been a fabulous resource with her knowledge of the Charlotte Area. Courtnie was informative, kind, and just the bees' knees. Then, to top it all off, my property manager, Kristin Gotta, went above and beyond with a minor move-in issue and handled it with great heist. Do yourself a favor and rent your next home from Bridge Homes.
I had a great experience with them. When I rented they fixed whatever was needed. When I moved out I had some rebuttal on my security deposit. They took it and even refunded me what I was able to prove with no issues. They are honest! Which is rare in rental companies. I’d rent from them again. The whole process from beginning to end was perfect! Thank you Your team was excellent!
Do not rent from this company. They have the worst customer service I have ever experience! When we moved in, we had to wait 2 months to have all the trash removed from the previous tenant since they did not want to remove it. On top of always cancelling the scheduled maintenance at the last minute not wanting to do needed repairs: the floor is sinking and is cracked in many places, the property floods through the garage door, water resumes from the bedroom floor, the bathroom sink was cracked and they refused to change, the... read more
I have recently gone on board with Bridge Homes, renting an absolutely amazing property. There is one thing that really stands out to me the most and that’s the outstanding customer service I have received from Sawyer Simpson! He has been nothing but kind, attentive and very prompt about my needs and making feel at home! Thank you Sawyer for being who you are!! I will definitely encourage and refer others to Bridge Homes!
