I thought about how I was going to write this review.. I knew I wanted to wait until after we tried to fight them…..we lost. I will take it with a grain of salt and pay as agreed. We were out-attorney’d through and through. HOWEVER, this does not prove that this company is not morally and ethically corrupt. Although I’ve had a few maintenance issues since moving in that are still being addressed, the Bridges team has shown urgency, professionalism, and responsiveness to getting the issues resolved. I've been pleased with the streamlined process and communication.
AMAZING experience! Highly highly recommend!!
UPDATED REVIEW: Chris Osorio called me the very next day regarding the issues with the extra charges and was very helpful with helping me figure out how to despite the charges. Long story short Chris helped with a resolution and a few other matters I had. The phone conversation really lifted a lot of stress off me and really eased my mind. Sometimes communication is key .
