had a small condo inspected in Vegas. fairest price, good service, also flew a drone over the property to check out the top of the condominium.
I cannot fit everything amazing to say about this company in one review but I've been using them for a little over 3 years and have never had a bad experience! Big Shoutout to Edwin and Drew on the bridge team. Not only are they amazing inspectors but they help the clients through the main points of the home and are comfortable and confident in their process. Bridge Home did a fabulous job! Charlie was very thorough inside and out, including the pool. All the information was well documented and detailed. Turn around time was very quick. Delightful team to work with and very reasonable pricing. Definitely your go to company for home inspections.

Received an inspection report from Bridge Home and it seems like a number of repairs were superfluous but included anyways. I'm sure you are very thorough but please keep in mind that the suggestions you make do have impacts. For instance recommending a carbon monoxide detector be installed even though the current smoke detectors operate perfectly fine. Yes, it's better to have a carbon monoxide detector, but that's like suggesting a roof that is compos shingles would be better if it was tile. You wouldn't do that right? The... read more
