First visit was a very specific visit and was told I would get lab work done for it. Waited a week just to be told all results returned except the one specific result I needed. NP brushed it off like it wasn’t a big deal and told me to reschedule to get blood work redrawn— I told him I was ok with that as long as my insurance wasn’t going to be billed. They would not listen to me and accused me of lying. You should never accuse a client of lying. That is unprofessional. I am not a drug addict or go to different doctors to get medicine.

Its the best in the area at least that I know of. Its definitely got Its problems. You really have to follow up if they give you any referrals and for the love of God DONT DO telemed appointments!!!! Ive been telling them for months that im not recieving reminders for my appointments. They never called me the morning of my appointment, I called them in the afternoon, oh now I owe for a missed appointment. I was waiting on a call. I used to really love this doctor’s office when it was smaller and more personal. Unfortunately, as they’ve grown, the quality of care and follow-through has really gone downhill. I needed a simple medication refill and was told by the receptionist I had to come in for an appointment. When I arrived, the nurse practitioner said an appointment wasn’t necessary—but I was still billed for the visit.
