I have been places that make you feel like a number. But this place is the best the staff are so friendly and they know how to treat people. Not your typical medical care experience they make you feel valued and that you're cared for. Not a number but a person.
Jose Santiago is a great doctor. He listens and will point you in the right direction.
First visit was a very specific visit and was told I would get lab work done for it. Waited a week just to be told all results returned except the one specific result I needed. NP brushed it off like it wasn’t a big deal and told me to reschedule to get blood work redrawn— I told him I was ok with that as long as my insurance wasn’t going to be billed. They would not listen to me and accused me of lying. You should never accuse a client of lying. That is unprofessional. I am not a drug addict or go to different doctors to get medicine.
