Its the best in the area at least that I know of. Its definitely got Its problems. You really have to follow up if they give you any referrals and for the love of God DONT DO telemed appointments!!!! Ive been telling them for months that im not recieving reminders for my appointments. They never called me the morning of my appointment, I called them in the afternoon, oh now I owe for a missed appointment. I was waiting on a call. I used to really love this doctor’s office when it was smaller and more personal. Unfortunately, as they’ve grown, the quality of care and follow-through has really gone downhill. I needed a simple medication refill and was told by the receptionist I had to come in for an appointment. When I arrived, the nurse practitioner said an appointment wasn’t necessary—but I was still billed for the visit. Tamara is so so nice! She's friendly, attentive, & caring. She did not rush & she answered all of my questions thoroughly. I hope she's the one I can see for my future visits because she was great.
I would highly recommend their office!! The staff is always friendly upon walking in the doors, the nurse practitioners always have their patients best interest, and there is never any delay in the appointments. If you are looking for a new primary care physician this is your place!!!
