I had an amazing experience at Bridge Direct Primary Care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. Jennifer was wonderful while taking all my vitals—she was kind, gentle, and made me feel comfortable right away. The provider, Cymanthia Connell, took her time, really listened to my concerns, and made me feel truly cared for. I never felt rushed, and everything was explained clearly. This is how healthcare should be! Highly recommend.
Everyone is so sweet at this location! My EHE was quick and efficient. Nurse Jennifer took care of me throughout the process. Dr Connell listens to all of my questions and spent time giving advice. Recommend it to anyone looking for a location to get your EHE done.
