I had a very disappointing experience with this practice. They failed to complete a basic administrative task related to my annual physical exam and did not submit the required form after my visit. Because of this oversight, the form was effectively lost or destroyed, and I am now facing a $600 expense out of pocket for my family. This practice fails to perform administrative duty so don't trust them to do your annual physical exam or anything as they will destroy the form and not submit it as soon you leave the office. Due to their negligence now I am incurring 600$ of my family pocket and they don’t take any responsibility for it. Do not trust this practice with your care. Stay away!
