My life is always been a little chaotic, but when I was trying to find my first apartment and I was looking around and I stopped in here and I was talking to the office lady Lily I applied I got approved and it was easy a breath of fresh air.The property has a lot to offer their residence and for the most part it's very clean! maintenance request usually get done the next day if not the same day. the staff is completely helpful when needed to be .
We lived here from October of 2023 to October of 2024. They use the term “renovated” extremely loosely. Our apartment was absolutely disgusting when we moved in and should not have been passed upon their inspection, making me believe they never did one. It was disgusting. Every single outlet and light switch had dirt and gunk built up, mold in the windows, poor paint job, poor laminate placement, just awful. I use to live here and did multiple times. Ownership kept changing. Office managers were fairly decent. I moved out and signed paperwork to take my name off the lease and add someone else. 2 years later I get a collections for 6.5k. Now I'm fighting to get that taken off my credit report.
September 2016 i got robbed by wells Fargo and it affected my stay with this apartment. I moved in paid in full around $8000 for 6 months and paid a 2000 deposit. They kept my desposit the apartment did never told me why i kept calling left voicemails they never callld me back. They evicted me and had kept saying I owed them rent for the months i had paid so I had been getting their letters they told me to dosregard them. I did. I was short on being able to pay rent for only 1 month they tried to take me to court on that day... read more
Great neighbors, GREAT LANDLORDS, GREAT escape from the unsavory activities and happenings in RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER neighborhoods! Truelly feels like a small town here all of it's own along with totem pole estates and it's resident's...a person couldn't ask for much to BETTER THIS APARTMENT LIVING EXPERIENCE!!
