Leaving the review here, since the other office appears to have closed. Disgusting facilities: Doctor had no nameplate on his door, and his office fixtures were full of dust. Bathrooms not ADA-compliant and filthy; weren't cleaned once, in the over 3hours I was there. Rude staff, and alleged doctor's who gladly told me to "report them". I would never bring a child, or patient to this business. Offered to sell me water, at the front desk. Looks like Bridge is going bankrupt, and needs cash to keep them afloat.
My experience with Bridge Counseling was incredibly disappointing and frustrating — and this was after just one session. Right from the beginning, they gave me the wrong appointment time, which caused unnecessary stress and confusion. When I reached out to clarify or get help, there was no accountability or apology from the staff. It felt like they didn’t care about the patient experience at all. ☆☆☆☆☆ Fatima & Kim are such awesome gals! They are very sweet and on point!!! They are always a pleasure. They do their job VERY WELL! These ladies are very hospitable & are GREAT at their job! This place is very awesome if you really want the help u will get it from them they listen and dont treat you like most counselors do...go in with a proactive mindset and you will get more out of this place than expected! This place is amazing, extremely helpful organized, thoughtful and attentive in all the ways they should be. Highly recommend this place!! Fatima & Kim are very good at their job! Very wonderful young ladies!
