If you value your mental health this is not the place to go. It’s a very depressing environment and you can hear other people’s sessions in other rooms sometimes. There’s no noise blockers and you feel like there is no privacy. During the past few years I tried a few therapist always to find out they were still trying to pass a few state exams. The care was often times very questionable. I often would leave sessions feeling worse than when I came in. If you are desperate I would say go but keep looking elsewhere.
I have been using bridge counseling associates for weeks now due to a case that is involving me reunifying with my baby and I will say that this is all about what you make of it. The therapists here are very open minded and supportive when It comes to making me feel comfortable and safe. They also are very non judgemental and genuinely care about their clientele. I went to treatment here for about 4 years. For personal reasons, I do not recommend this establishment.
I was overmedicated, misdiagnosed and pretty much gaslighted by my therapist and psychiatrists for about 4 years. I honestly have nothing positive to say about this establishment other than the front desk ladies rock and aside from the gaslighting, Dr. Rhone actually seemed to care, so he was easy to talk to. My therapist, Lisa, I had the entire 4 years as well and I do not recommend her.
