DO NOT USE. Damaging items with no compensation. Horrible communication. No regard for the people they are serving. They damaged many of our items and refused to put it through insurance as they stated they would. (We talked to them in person about the items coming into our home damaged.) They blamed "technical issues" for their lack of communication after I had issues with trying to get ahold of them to set up the move, confirm service, and when I needed to address the aftermath of damaged property. In response to your note after Miles Godlonton's negative review on Oct 28 of your company: Major damage did occur to the front door to crack which caused the electronic lock to shatter. The door could not even lock anymore; needed a total replacement. Restitution was needed asap as new owners would be taking possession in 2 days. Caution was taken to prevent anything untoward to happen during that windy day, until your teenage boy trainee moved the box that kept the door open. He made a remark after it occurred. there was damage during the move, and the owners denied any responsibility never offered a solution or resolution instead held items for ransom till the bill was paid, nice!
