It sounds incredibly frustrating, especially when you're there with sick children. It's completely unacceptable for a Medical Office Assistant (MOA) to be rude and unhelpful, particularly when patients are vulnerable. Not providing an estimated wait time and having to deal with a bad smell in the waiting room only adds to the stress. They don’t even deserve the one star

This used to be my go to clinic when I couldn't get in to see my family doctor. After my experience this time with trying to get my eye infection sorted out the medication prescribed was on back order everywhere. I had my pharmacy fax a request for an alternative that same day. I called Bridge city mediclinic back to confirm they had gotten the fax. They had. This review is merely based off of sitting in the waiting room today. The entire time I’ve been sitting here I’ve listened to both receptionists complain about what I’m assuming is a fellow employee. This is extremely unprofessional and cringey. It is very uncomfortable to sit and listen to the drama of what goes on here. There’s a time and place go talk about these things and in the middle of the clinic is not one of them.

I was at J.D. Steplewski today. He is a terrible doctor. He filled out the paperwork incorrectly and did not help with the problem. He was rude and ignorant. I don't know who gives a doctor's license to such people, but I cannot advise them to go to this hospital. This is not the place where they will help you. This is a hospital that makes money on your visits. Thank you for your attention.
