Walked in to the clinic shortly after 12:30 (lunch time). registered and she said it would be about 2 hours. O.K. 4 and half hours later I was still waiting !! Many came in after me and were escorted in to rooms after a shorter wait. I inquired as to when I would be able to see a DR., she said there was 2 ahead of me. Then 3 others were escorted in while I still waited !! Biggest waste of time !! Very poor service !!!
I've had nothing but good experiences with the doctors here, and was fortunate to finally get a family doctor after searching for almost 2 years after my previous one retired. But with all of the one-star reviews, it seems obvious that the owner of this clinic has zero desire to improve the ridiculously painful process of trying to communicate with anyone in the office. I go there hopping to see Dr David’s amazing human being very knowledgable and you can feel that he cares, but because it’s a walking clinic I can’t choose who I’m gonna see and I got stock with Vet J.D Steplewski who he thinks that he’s treating Russian soldiers. Very rude person he talks to you as if he’s treating you for free and he doesn’t wanna spend more than 2 minutes on you if you ask him a question he answer very rudely and If you try to get something out of him, he would tell you “you can go see some other doctors”... read more
Tomas Mitchel is the best doctor in this city., I have gone to him for just under a decade ., he is only in the office weekdays., if u book him or get him in your walk in you will be happy with your experience., not every doctor at a practice is the same I seen some negative reviews this is not a bad place to go., it is busy u may wait book a appointment and if its on the weekdays ask for Tomas m . He is a professional doctor and very kind hearted. Anyone who knows him will agree he is a great Doctor.
It sounds incredibly frustrating, especially when you're there with sick children. It's completely unacceptable for a Medical Office Assistant (MOA) to be rude and unhelpful, particularly when patients are vulnerable. Not providing an estimated wait time and having to deal with a bad smell in the waiting room only adds to the stress. They don’t even deserve the one star
