Highly recommend - everything was easy from scheduling to the duct cleaning itself. The technician took the time to explain everything they were doing, answer all my questions, and even look further into some of the quirks of the house (apparently homeowners of the past found it necessary to floor over one vent in the living room - good to know). Thank you for making this item on the to-do list an easy one to check off!
We booked with BCDC because of their good reviews. They rescheduled our first appointment due to mechanical issues, which was understandable. Rescheduled with the individual that contacted us from BCDC via text. Took another afternoon off work and they are a no show. When I texted the same number to see if they were coming, an employee called me and said they had no booking for me even though they read the texts (read receipts were on).
