Probably the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I normally don't write negative reviews but I've never had a good experience with them. Sean Pickle specifically. I'd look elsewhere.
They are awful. They discriminate and do not treat their board members equally. I'm sorry I am a not an American. I'm sorry I'm an immigrant. There's a man named James that is extremely condescending, rude, picks favorites, and yes the online good review is his friend, or maybe more, who knows , lol. They have secrets and accuse you of being the worst human traits I've ever been referred to as. The owner told me he doesn't care in the past, as well. They don't return calls and only respond to emails they want to respond to. ... read more
