Beware the organization this place belongs to. I tried to make a new patient appointment and it was clearly a scam. They advertise $37 for new patients and that the $37 is waived if you book the same day. The person I talked to gave me some BS excuse about how I didn’t qualify for that and it was going to cost me minimal $100. She tried to tell me something about it being against the law to offer me the discount or some thing I just had to hang up on her. This place or organization is a total scam. Buyer beware.
These guys are the shady used car salesmen of the chiropractic world. Have seen the same routine at other chiropractic places where - after very little discussion about my issues and a few routine mobility tests - I'm given full-on, three-times-a-week, 36-treatments in total plans that do nothing to address my issues, but instead, use up my allotment of insurance-covered sessions. They also did the usual x-rays with lines drawn on them to show how bad my back is when that does very little to actually diagnose causes of one's... read more

Best chiropractic care I've ever received. The model of Chiro One is like none other that I've ever received. Dr. Taylor Cox and Tanner have been the best, most caring team, and I've healed from an injury in a very positive way. I'd recommend the downtown Vancouver office to anyone (and have) that needs it.
