I've had the pleasure of experiencing Keith's culinary masterpieces several times. He regularly caters the pre-concert meal for the singers of the Atlanta Master Chorale and it is always such a treat. Every dish is always excellently prepared and delicious! My favorite is his Herbed and Frenched Chicken breast with rice and vegetables. A seemingly simple dish, it is utterly delectable! Full of flavor, always perfectly prepared and the perfect balance of hearty and light. 10/10 recommend!
