After a miscommunication and no confirmation around install date installers were rude and walked into my home uninvited to proceed to berate me for not having the place ready for them at 8.30am on a school day. I hadn’t had time to pull off a few of the skirting boards and the installers were in a hurry to get the job done so went ahead and pulled them off including the one I was unsure about which had our NBN connection running through it despite my suggestion of cutting around it and leaving said piece on the wall.
