Jeff has been taking care of my cars for years now. I trust him to be honest. I have all my children's cars checked with him first. He is very reliable and does good work. The best shop ln the north side by far!
Jeff was very pushy to sell me another service which I didn't need. I didn't take it. We pretty much argued for a good 10 mins until he finally said, he will do what I asked. Isn't that how it's suppose to be? He's a mechanic, but he underestimated my knowledge about cars. I'm not a certified mechanic, but have been working on my cars since I knew how to drive (age 16). As a woman car repair is scarry. They were so nice, I had a big repair and they took the time to explain to me my issues. I was able to break down the repairs into 2 visits so that I could afford it. I had been to so many people before, and this was a real good experience!
