Booking experience was easy and they were flexible when I ended up finding my dress at another store as they allowed my bridesmaids to try on dresses instead of myself. The employee at the front desk when we came in was nice. Store was very busy and cramped. Only 3 pedestals for people to stand on. Once we were signed in for our appointment though, there was 0 help with finding dresses and taking dresses away from us/the change room. My daughter and I were there twice in search of her grad dress. The first time she was lucky to have the owner assist her. Her knowledge was unbeatable. Her years of experience and pride in what she does was amazing. Our second stop, great too. The girls were super busy with grad girls and a few brides. They did great keeping everything flowing. And worked so well with each other. We feel very confident we made the right choice, not only in the perfect dress, but the perfect store as well.
The perfect shop for brides who are looking for a relatable and not wildly glamorous shopping experience. The staff are friendly and helped me to alter my dress to meet my exact vision for a beach wedding in Mexico. Thanks, Brides N Belles!
Poor service and ignorant to deal with. They make everything sound good upfront in face but when you talk to them on the phone. Just plain ignorant.
