I don’t usually leave reviews with good or bad experiences. I did shop around before at other bridal shops so I know the experience I had here was not the normal experience you would have at other bridal shops! I was not satisfied at all with how things were handled all throughout my wedding experience!! They have beautiful bridesmaid dresses, wedding dresses and accessories, don’t get me wrong! I had the best time dress shopping! I was so nervous to go in but they had my top three dresses in the front ready for me to try on. This is a great company!
RecommendedI found my beautiful dress here after 3 other stores. They were so patient and helpful. It was a great experience- one a bride looks forward to. They had so many beautiful options! Our tuxes looked so sharp as well on the men:) Thanks again!
This was the first place I went bridal shopping and they made me feel awful. They didn’t help me at all and when I did have questions they had attitude answering them. We came back giving them the benefit of the doubt to buy my flower girl’s dress and they were yet again very rude!! They questioned where I got my wedding dress and actually asked me how much I paid for it. Very inappropriate. Not once did they ask what else they could do for me. Worst bridal experience ever!! We try to do everything in our power to help our customers, and it seems that what we did to help just wasn't enough in this instance. When we don't measure your maids in person we have to go off the measurements we are given and compare them to the size charts of the company.
